Long Fast Round 2: Day 3

3rd July 2023

The elimination is well under way! The first length of mucoid plaque came out this morning, followed by the most disgusting toxic waste this afternoon!

During my previous fast, I pulled waste out of my body for 89 days, and still I am a walking cesspit. We cannot clean a lifetime of damage in a short period of time, this is why we transform our lifestyle to support our healing journey.
