OPEC+ Extends Oil Cuts, Cars Less Affordable Than Ever

Russia and Saudi Arabia have both announced they will extend previously announced oil production cuts of 1.5M barrels per day through August adding to an already tight oil supply that has thus far had little effect on oil prices. Meanwhile the car market is less affordable than ever just as student loan payments are set to resume for 1 in 10 adults and China's property market is falling once again after a short-lived rally earlier this year.
