My food prep for M-F. Includes 2 meals during the day.

Meal 1: 7oz steak or hamburger
Meal 2: 7.5 oz chicken & 1.5 cups jasmine rice
Meal 3: Post workout: 3 scoops protein powder & 3 tablespoons dextrose powder
Meal 4: Family Dinner

Will adjust when needed but wanted to get a baseline going.
