I want to make the world a better place through business transformation.

I have been blessed with great lineage of ancestors who believed in holistic knowledge and education. It’s where my passion for business comes from.

I grew up in the southern tip of India, in a small community at the crossroads of ancient trade routes. The exposure to different cultures and understanding trade principles gave me a solid grounding into key concepts of Business.

Also, a profound knowledge of ancient scriptures and experiencing them helped me understand there is a higher power in action.

I grew up in an era reading in candlelight was ‘the norm’. I lived with many trading families who, irrespective of tremendous challenges they faced, they continued to prosper and flourish beyond constraints and passed on their wisdom and tenacity across generations.

These experiences taught me the value of true relationships, genuine partnerships and living life to the full.

I have lived in three continents and met amazing people, who have become lifelong friends and extended family. I have had the privilege to lived and worked in both the busiest cities and the remotest areas. Everyone I have met made a tremendous difference in shaping who I am today.

What’s more, it made me realise that our strength lies in our differences. I believe in creating a stronger, kinder and safer world through what we do, by taking small incremental steps. One at a time.

My work aligns with my purpose:

-I am a Senior Leader experienced in establishing and scaling up specialist consulting practices

- I have lead multiple large scale SAP Transformation programs which have enabled near impossible outcomes.

-I am a passionate advocate for #neurodiversity. I work with organisations on Neurodiversity awareness and acceptance

- I am a lifelong learner of #ancientwisdom. I love researching and writing on the wisdom available around us.

- I lead and contribute to Business Architecture and Transformation forums and publications.
