Allegations of Abuse Richard Allen

Shocking Allegations against the facility where Richard Allen is being held prior to trial. He is presumed innocent and it is alleged that some very odd choices have been made in his housing. If he is found guilty than obviously house him with the other proven monsters but, this seems to not pass my sniff test as far as the legal system seeking justice and facts. This seems to be guilty until proven guilty.
