On World War I activities. Reel 1 shows Gen. H. E. Wilkens. Cloth is sponged, rolled, and cut in a Q.M. supply building, New York City. Pieces are assembled, button holes made, and buttons affixed. Uniforms are inspected. Leather is cut for shoes. Reel 2, shoes are stitched, finished, and inspected. Leggings are sewed. Blankets are pressed. Clothing is baled by machine. Shows materiel stacked on a dock at Governor's Island.
