Footage with the 17 year old shot by the police. He ran away. He could have stopped and be alive. Yes the police in France is BS, violent and using excessive force, sure and they deserve to be reformed.
But its also the responsability of the one pulled over to not drive the car while the police tries to arrest you!!!
