Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Justice for a copy of the Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) FD-1023 that describes “an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.” The FOIA request also asks communications about the FD-1023 (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:23-cv-01849)).
