Former Congressman Jason Chaffetz subbed this morning for Maria Bartiromo, and there could hardly be a better person to do so on the opening topic – what to do about the lack of fair justice in the case of Hunter Biden taking tens of millions of dollars as his father’s bagman in what at best is described as a bribery or pay-to-play scheme, and at worst treason selling secrets to China – currently our most treacherous enemy.

The complexity of this issue is caused in part because the conspirators have been able to stretch out the fact finding of the situation over years and very few can keep all the relevant factoids in memory to explain how it all fits together. However, John Ratcliff, the former top intelligence chief in the nation – the Director of National Intelligence - is one of the few capable of explaining it all, and Jason Chaffetz is not far behind him.

Ratcliff opened by explaining the facts that there were corrupt practices involved in allegations that the Biden family may have been selling out America’s secrets.
