The man speaking in this video is Eric Hecker - Raytheon Contractor in South Pole station, Antarctica (2010-2011)

We all know that there IS NO "South Pole", but that is the name of the station in Antarctica where Mr. Hecker was stationed to work.

The Ice Cube Neutrino (light array detector) is also a secret directed-energy weapon (DEW) and when they fired it up for the first time it’s caused the Earthquakes in Christchurch New Zealand.
