Phil's My Pharmacist is a compounding pharmacist, which is not all too common these days.

Most old school pharmacies regularly did compounding: raw materials were delivered and they would mix it up for the patient right there.

There are a handful of pharmacists that continue to do this today, and I love my experience with them.
