The Apostle Paul received Revelation by the Holy Spirit. Similar to the Revelation that Peter received by the Holly Spirit. Paul spends 2/3 of the New Testament, sharing the Revelations he received. The Revelation of Jesus’ as our substitute, Jesus as our Redeemer, and the Revelation that Salvation was now available to all, not just the Jews, and much more.
