Orban is right here and the ones protesting the "migrant" quota, which basically mean that more lax countries with loose border control can pass on migrants to countries with tougher border control from Eastern Europe. Which would basically make the tough measures pointless since anyway migrants will still pour in.
These migrant quota measures would only encourage more migration because the criminals that bring these migrants in (the criminal networks) don't care about quotas at all, they will push as many people as they realistically can. More migrants oficially accepted over a large area of land would mean that more migrants can get in and tougher countries would be crippled and then its game over Europe all Europe.
