That means that they took biotechnology, advanced biotech, advanced enough to modify a virus into something more dangerous — to literally create a bioweapon by legal definition and transferred it to a lab that was known to be controlled by the CCP, who has said to us, we want to use bioweapons against the US.”

“Do you think that he did that without our DoD or CIA knowing that he did that?” he asked. “They absolutely knew that.”
