The Prayer that Defeats Anxiety

We're all familiar with anxiety, aren't we? Some of us have tried everything. We've read the self- help books and listened to popular internet gurus. (I'm looking at you TED talks). We've even felt relief for a while, but stress is relentless and eventually, we are overcome.

I need help from something or someone bigger than me! What does God say about this issue? On today's Foote Notes we will spend some time looking at the "Prayer that defeats anxiety."
