My Pickled Eggs _ The How & Why

Running low on food that I had been wanting to eat this morning, regardless of my plentiful stores of supplies (who wants to eat pancakes, beans, and rice everyday?), and having ate the last egg I had pickeled a few months ago and red onion I pickeled them with for breakfast this morning, I decided it was past time to do some more up.

Remember this in a lights out senario instead of letting your eggs go over. Another idea for preservation of eggs that I really dig is with good alcohol with wich you can make a good nog with later.
