The Carolina Hurricanes have signed defenseman Dmitry Orlov to a 2 year deal worth $7.75 million annually. Orlov is coming off a season of 7 goals and 29 assists in 66 games between the Washington Capitals and Boston Bruins. NOTE: I released this video *just before* the Hurricanes signed Michael Bunting.
