Heavy bag Workout #4 🥊

Today is going to be a little different than previous workouts as I will be coaching you through a workout on the heavy bag. This is great for every time you need a quick workout on the bag OR possibly for a warm-up before you get into your boxing training.

We are going to do three rounds, one-minute thirty seconds each with a one-minute break in between. This time around we are going to be focusing on one punch for 15s straight at an ALL-OUT pace. So there will be no breaks for the entire 15s. There will be a brief pause before we go on to the next punch. For example, 15s of just jabs all out then then a brief break then 15s of crosses, etc. A layout of the workout will be provided below.

ALL OUT Punches
1:30min/1min x 3
15s Jabs
5s Break
15s Crosses
5s Break
15s Lead Hook
5s Break
15s Power Hooks
5s Break
15s Lead Uppercut
5s Break
15s Power Uppercut
