Bring your awareness to the present moment, letting go of any thoughts or distractions. Focus solely on your breath, noticing the sensation as you inhale and exhale. Allow each breath to anchor you to the present, bringing you a sense of calm and centeredness.

Now, shift your attention to your mind. Visualize a bright, radiant light at the center of your forehead, representing your conscious mind. See this light growing stronger and more vibrant with each passing moment.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this radiant light expanding and illuminating your entire brain. Feel its warmth and energy permeating every corner of your mind, invigorating your memory and sharpening your focus.

With each breath, affirm to yourself, "My memory is sharp and my focus is unwavering." Repeat this affirmation, allowing it to sink deeply into your subconscious mind, reinforcing your intention to enhance your mental abilities.

As thoughts or distractions arise, gently acknowledge them without judgment, and let them go, returning your attention to the breath and the radiant light at the center of your forehead.

Imagine yourself effortlessly recalling information, effortlessly concentrating on tasks, and effortlessly absorbing new knowledge. See yourself performing with clarity and precision in any situation that requires focus and memory.

Continue this meditation for 15 minutes, staying present and focused on the breath and the visualization of the radiant light. As the timer approaches the end, take a few deep breaths, gradually bringing your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
