Healing my depression through music - Live improv (8th May 2021)

In this video I wasn't in the best place and hadn't jammed for a while and so I thought I'd do one live on Facebook which I don't do a lot.
I also find recording difficult sometimes as the technicalities of it all can really interupt my flow.

It's nice to get a decent recording of my singing I think. Rare it's captured lol.
