Alfredo Ortiz: SCOTUS student loan decision is a win for American taxpayers

Job Creators Network CEO Alfredo Ortiz says the Supreme Court’s landmark decision Friday that blocked President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan is a “great victory” for American taxpayers and the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Biden does not have the authority to void more than $400 billion in student loan debt.
