KETOVORE MEAL SPAGHTTI RECIPE

Ingredients
- Spaghetti Squash
- Sausage (1lb spicy Italian & 1.5 lb sweet sausage)
- 1 pack Ground Beef
- 2 chopped yellow onions
- 8 cloves minced garlic
- 10 oz sliced white mushrooms
- 10 oz sliced Crimini mushrooms
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 28 oz diced tomatos
- 28 oz San Marzano tomatos
- chopped parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- *Special Ingredient* LMNT Electrolytes Mango Chili

1) Prep Spaghetti Squash in Oven
2) Bake face-down in oven for 35-50 minutes at 425 degrees
3) Smash sausages to bottom of the pan and cook on medium high
4) Remove sausage and replace with ground beef
5) Combine meats with onions in pan
6) Add garlic and allow to soften
7) Add mushrooms
8) Add all canned tomatoes and paste
9) Mix in parsley and oregano
10) Allow sauce to simmer 20-30 minutes
11) Add special ingredient
12) Separate spaghetti squash and serve with sauce!
