I have worked in The Villages, Florida area for over 22 years. I am now the Broker / Owner of IM Realty, with our office located directly outside The Villages. I previously worked for the developer of The Villages for 8 and a half years before moving on to ERA/Grizzard Realtors until 2023. In those 22 years I have sold over 1000 homes mostly in The Villages, but since leaving the developer of The Villages I have sold and listed homes outside of The Villages as well in communities such as On Top Of The World, Del Webb Stone Creek, Del Webb Spruce Creek, Stonecrest, Latitude Margaritaville, and many others.
