Tannerite Dud?

We set two 1/2 lb. too close to a 1lb. and it threw them instead setting them off. We used the remains of those two 1/2 lb. (basically just the containers) to stack a 1 lb. on in a broken ice chest. I set off the remains (hence the firecracker like explosion) without damaging the 1 lb.
