In this session of Leverage 14 the participants reviewed what they came up with for the 24 Touches to retain prospects and existing members. We found that while there were some great ideas more work is needed on creating the executable plan of TOPIC & TOOLS.
We capped off the session with a recap of what the participants took away from this conversation with the goal of brining their A GAME next time.
