North L.A. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " she is living step 5. " Hot seater would like to know more about how to sustain that feeling. Abraham jumps right in to explain that what she is experiencing is the momentum of her life experience due to a particular focus from hot seater. Abraham advises that the more airtime we give to positive good feeling emotions the easier and easier it will be to reach and sustain a high flying disc or what we call the step 5 living. So what are the components? Well a decision that you want to feel good is absolutely necessary. Then you can use 15 minute mediation daily. Appreciating your current life, and all the great components that you already have. And so there is not one surefire way, or a one step fits all for step 5 living. You must feel your way into alignment which we all experience at least once a day. [ we don't always know it though] When we experience that moment enjoy it, try to stay a little longer, and then let go. As Jerry used to say " dart in, dart out.
