The Supreme Court (SCOTUS) recently overturned the use of Affirmative Action in their landmark case Students for Fair Admissions vs President and Fellows of Harvard college and Students for Fair Admissions vs University of North Carolina. Affirmative Action had been a staple of college admissions for years. In this video, Mr. Watson explains the limitations and the merits of affirmtive action being overturned.
