Behind the Implosion

This week we dove deep into things going on while we were distracted by a Titanic story. Turns out the US Coast Guard knew immediately that searching for survivors was a lost cause, but let the media run with false hope for 5-ish days. Coincidentally, this news came out at the same time that some damning evidence against Hunter and Joe Biden came out from an IRS whistleblower. To the point where, apparently, old Joe "the big guy" has hired a criminal defense lawyer. JP Morgan is in the news as well with a bit of an oopsie doodles where they "accidentally" deleted 47 million emails, many of which were tied to subpoenas including Epstein related ones. Also, New York City giving yet another reason to stay away form there, they're trying to shut down all of the wood fired pizza ovens in the city. We, of course spent time looking into the math of why that and other climate goals are insane and frauds. All this and more in this week's wonderful, punny and mildly informative episode.
