Shina was experiencing pain and her coworkers suggested she try out a sauna session. She was only in about 5 minutes.
"I was having a lot of pain in my joints. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I am now moving them in a way that I wasn't able to before. Feeling really good.
So the pain has reduced a lot?
Yeah. It went from a 5 to a 3.
