Terrible 1980's Otis Series 1 Europa2000 Hydraulic Elevator at Miramar Building (Oranjestad, Aruba)

A Europa2000 is not all too common down here in Aruba! Too bad this runs like utter garbage. This thing bounces when you go up and down, which is unsafe. It even sunk a bit when I stepped in here. I don't know if this rarely gets used or is getting improper maintenance, but this needs fixing ASAP!
