I had the privilege of formally meeting Mr. Quincy Scott. What a pleasure to shake his hand! Thank you, Chief Jamie. You made me feel much safer knowing you were right there to protect me, just in case... Rob Moore continues to keep his lips sealed during the pledge that he pledged to make to his constituents, but doesn't... and thanks to the Youth Commission for all that you do to keep us all safe.
