How To Make Shakshuka | Shakshuka Recipe

An amazing African/Middle Eastern meal made in one dish!

Ingredients:
* 2 Large Red Bell Peppers (diced)
* 1 Large Jalapeño (diced)
* 4 cloves Minced Garlic
* 1 tbsp. Paprika
* 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
* 1 tsp. Ground Coriander
* 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
* 28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
* 2 tsp. Sugar
* 1 tsp. Salt
* 1 cup Feta Cheese
* 6 Large Eggs
* Cilantro/Parsley for garnish.

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
2. On the stovetop, sauté peppers, garlic, and spices over medium heat until vegetables are softened.
3. Add tomatoes, sugar, and salt. Simmer on medium-low heat until the sauce has thickened.
4. Stir in feta cheese.
5. Crack the eggs directly into the dish, spacing them evenly for each portion.
6. Transfer the pan to the oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until the eggs have set to desired level of doneness.
