Supreme Court rules AFFIRMATIVE ACTION UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Race based college admissions now illegal!

In a 6 -3 ruling the Supreme Court has ruled race based admissions or AFFIRMATIVE ACTION is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! A landmark ruling against both Harvard and UNC found their admissions process using race as a factor is illegal under the constitution and is a violation of Title VI of the civil rights act of 1964 and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14 Amendment. 'Because Harvard's and UNC's admissions programs lack sufficiently focused and measurable objectives warranting the use of race, unavoidably employ race in a negative manner, involve racial stereotyping, and lack meaningful end points, those admissions programs cannot be reconciled with the guarantees of the Equal Protection Clause,' states the majority opinion written by Chief Justice John Roberts. Affirmative Action has long since also forced Asian American students to have to scored FAR higher on tests in order to get in the to the same schools. Affirmative Action didn't solve anything it just passed the buck down to other people who have nothing to do with it. If we want to have a society where individuals are created equal under the law then that also means NO ONE gets special treatment or an easier pass than someone else based solely on the color of their skin. Its been a racist law since its inception and its a good things its finally be rid of.
