First No-Tap 300 with right foot slide & right hand throw. 8th 300 this summer 2023. the other seven 300's were right hand throw left foot slide. if you throw right hand with a straight ball you SHOULD also slide on your right foot BECAUSE then you use your front foot as the FIRST guide & you know were you are sliding.

If you watch any bowler that slides on the opposite foot from the hand they use they also need to get there other leg & foot out of there way so you will always see them swinging that foot around to get it out of there way & to get hand position to rev the ball. this is another thing that I always thought was NOT a good idea because the more moves you make the more likelihood you will screw the shot up. as learning self defense (karate) the less moves the less chance to screw up. this also goes for your stance in that the wider the stance or about your shoulder with apart the more & stronger balance you will have.
