The Supreme Court DISMANTLES Affirmative Action

The United States Supreme Court ruled today that admissions systems which factor race into decisions — specifically those used at Harvard and the University of North Carolina in this case — violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
