The Supreme Court's decision in Students for Fair Admissions restores the Constitution's equal protection rule for all Americans. This is a landmark decision worth celebrating.

It puts universities and colleges on notice that they can no longer operate by treating people differently in an attempt to ensure "equal" outcomes.

Universities practiced this discrimination against ethnic and racial minority students including Asian Americans, the cohort that brought the lawsuits against Harvard and the University of North Carolina.
