we need rehab centres not drug kits.

i was raided a week ago for housing people who have addictions to keep them off the street and i was treated like a drug dealer for providing shelter . police happily delivered me an eviction notice when the ministry provides everything required to do the drugs. we need rehabs not drug kits. instead of enabling them they need help to get off the drugs not given the tools to do them and keep them using in order to prosecute them and keep the judicial system over flowing with business.
