The CYM Corporation. Adrenochrome Harvesting. The leaked documents

The CYM Corporation is an Adrenochrome harvesting corporation in the business of harvesting adrenochrome from tortured children held in various secure locations, primarily in the US, its occupied territories, and Mexico.
These documents were on a flash drive sent to an Amazon customer in Germany, presumably by mistake, after purchasing it from Amazon.
The opening letter is from the German woman, written in German, (read and interpreted by the narrator) was sent to a popular German blogger by the name of Dirk Shafer. believing he could get this information out to those who might care. In the letter, she explains how she acquired the CYM documents.
The narrator goes on to cover the information found in the documents.

It is unclear how or why the German woman got a flash drive coming from Amazon in which the flash drive packaging had been opened. The documents didnt come from Amazon, but the flash drive did. Did someone from the CYM corp develop a conscience , ordered a flash drive from Amazon, put the docs on the flash drive, put it back in its packaging and sent it back to Amazon in the hopes that someone there would see it had been opened and review it for any content? But didnt review it and instead just put it back on the shelf for delivery to another person ordering that type of flash drive?
This is the most likely scenario, however it is speculative.
