-Low strap bent arm pronation
-Bent wrist pronation
-Low strap supination
-Belt over knuckles wrist deviation
-2×4 handle 3 position wrist curls: high, middle, low
-4" rolling handle wrist curls
-Bent arm thumbless reverse wrist roll
-Fat grip barbell hammer curls
-Concentration supination curls
-Bent arm battle rope slams
-Band table work: Side pressure, supination & pronation
