Assembling the pool took longer than the 20 minutes advertised on the box, but it was still a relatively easy process. The set comes with the filter pump and ladder, both of which work incredibly well and have had zero issues so far.
I make sure to use one Clorox 4” chlorine tab in the skimmer basket every week, and it lasts for the entire week. I also shock the pool once a week and clean the filter every week as well.
I decided to use a pool filter sock on the skimmer basket, and it has been extremely helpful so far in keeping the pool clean. I typically run the pump 24/7 and shut it off only when I remember to at night.
Its been a great summer enjoying my pool so far! One downside I experienced was the pump breaking after just two months of use. Although they provide clear patches to cover any holes, I had to use "Flex Seal Clear" spray to ensure the hole was sealed.
It was a bit frustrating to have to buy another pump after spending so much on the pool and delivery. On a positive note, I loved the included cover, and my son enjoys playing around it.
