The air controller’s duty sometimes can be very dangerous. That is why they are never interviewed, but the accuracy of any strike, as well as aircraft crew safety, depends on them.

▫️ Today air controllers of the Tsentr Group of Forces are responsible for guiding strikes of Ground-Attack and Army aviation at enemy positions in the Krasny Liman direction.

💥When an air controller transferred the enemy coordinates, Su-25 Ground-Attack aircraft launched rockets at the enemy manpower cluster.

💥During the combat mission, a Ukrainian nationalists’ tank was located and destroyed. Ka-52 helicopter obliterated the enemy armoured vehicle by a Vikhr Anti-Tank Guided Missile.

Forward air controllers visually confirmed the target engagement and provided a safe route for the aircraft to the base airfields.
