EP. 20 of 30 day challenge. Sharp-shooting is a term for using your fishing sonar to drive directly over fish with your boat and then drop a lure straight below your boat. This technique is a great way to fish for crappie in the fall because they are suspended near deeper drop offs and you can cover a lot of water with this tactic. All you need is a motor, 2D sonar, and heavier jig, crankbait, lure to drop on top of these crappie. I walk through the whole process from where to find fish, how to setup your sonar, the baits I use for crappie, and the jigging technique.
