Look Up! (12) : "They Will Look On Him Whom They Pierced"

It was The Father's love for men who had sinned that required Christ die in our place, for the pay for sin is death. Nobody involved in crucifying Jesus will get any credit for doing so, because they did it for their own wrong purposes. Yes, it was the Jews who pierced Him – by the hand of the Romans. Scripture says this. The Romans were the gun, the Jews pulled the trigger. But when Jesus comes again (not dead at all) Israel will have repented of their unbelief, having called on Jesus as Messiah. God is so merciful He will then deliver the nation of Israel and destroy all their enemies . .
