You should start asking for referrals right after you sign a deal. Now, I know you might be resisting me and saying, Hey Adam, that's crazy. We need to provide value first. We need to do the install before we can ask for referrals. I used to think that way too. But here's the thing, a homeowner is most excited about the project, the second that they decide to work with you.
