2024’s race to the White House hits $70 million in campaign spending

Spending data published Wednesday by AdImpact reports that candidates in the 2024 presidential race have spent nearly $70 million combined on campaigning. Former President Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Senator Tim Scott (R-SC), and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum’s individual Super PACs account for over $50 million of that spending.
