"OW! HELP ME!" K9 "Carrier" took down a fleeing suspect who was allegedly in the process of committing grand theft auto on June 23 in Marion County, Florida. The suspect was also charged with fleeing a law enforcement officer, burglary, and possession of meth with intent to sell, among other charges.
