The habits that govern our lives stem from the Disciplines we maintain or, choose not to.

Discipline becomes the key that unlocks the hearts door > that One might learn to navigate the corridor's of SELF > where peace resides.

Anything that is ever achieved in life, comes from some inner disciplined state - whether conscious or unconscious - for entrainment of Prana produces potential of force and gives form to the Will.

This is a vital key to the process of manifestation that's not often spoken of.
