I am extremely happy with the Giro Scamp Youth Recreational Cycling Helmet. It is the perfect size and weight for my 4.5-year-old twin girls.
I had previously tried the Little Nutty helmet, but it was too bulky and couldnt be tightened properly without catching on their hair. However, the Giro Scamp helmet has adjustable straps that dont catch on their hair at all.
The cute teal pattern of the helmet matches perfectly with ours, and I love how easy it is to adjust. Just be sure to follow the directions and loosen the piece at the back to adjust one side of the strap.
