As someone who recently purchased the CenterPoint Amped 425 Crossbow, I can honestly say that I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. One of the biggest selling points for me was the affordability of this crossbow.
Despite being priced lower than many other models on the market, it doesnt skimp on quality or features. The accuracy of this crossbow is outstanding.
With the right arrows and scope, Ive been able to achieve consistent groupings even at longer distances. The compact size of this crossbow is another feature that I appreciate.
Its easy to maneuver in tight spaces and doesnt feel overly bulky or cumbersome. The quiet operation is also a huge plus for me. Ive been able to get much closer to game than I was previously able to with my old crossbow.
While the weight of this crossbow may be a concern for some, I personally dont find it to be an issue. It feels well-made and balanced in my hands. One minor drawback is that this crossbow doesnt come with a cocking and decocking mechanism.
However, this is a relatively minor issue that can be easily remedied with an aftermarket purchase. I would highly recommend checking out the CenterPoint bolts if you own this crossbow.
