Carlisha hood sues city of Chicago

Chapter three of the BW playbook has been applied. Carlisha Hood the woman at the center of the redrum at a Chicago resturant has filed a lawsuit against the city of Chicago and had a press conference to announce it. This is yet another example of BW trying to make a situation that they caused another reason for them to be a victim.
